1.2 36th Session TRAC MW / 2nd Women’s Convention

Date : 4th – 7th June, 2011
Venue : Hotel Royal, Penang (Opposite Pg Wesley).

1.3 World Day of Prayer ( Southern District )

Date : 4th – 5th March 2011
Venue : Wesley Methodist Church Melaka. ( WDP )
Theme : “How many loaves have you?”

This is an ecumenical event and MW is very much a part of this. It is not only for women alone but men
are encouraged to attend this Service.
Every MW Society is encouraged to celebrate World Day of Prayer, with the other ecumenical churches in
their area.
The order of Worship for this year’s WDP was prepared by the people of Chile.

For your information, World Day of Prayer 2012 will focus on Malaysia.

The theme for Malaysia 2012 is "Let Justice Prevail".

Malaysia has been selected to prepare the World Day of Prayer worship material for the year 2012 and the
task has been given to the Council of Churches Women's Work Committee to prepare the relevant
materials.
